# Teams

> Share connectors, Skills, and Routines across your team so nobody rebuilds the same playbook twice.

Ottic is built so a whole team can benefit from what each person creates — shared connectors, shared Skills, and shared Routines, so nobody rebuilds the same playbook twice.

## The idea

* **Shared Skills** — your team's best playbooks (report formats, audit checklists, briefs) encoded once and used by everyone.
* **Shared connectors** — connect a tool at the team level so every member's agent can use it.
* **Shared Routines** — reusable automations members can run on their own data.
* **Centralized billing and role-based access.**

## Getting started

Team workspaces are part of our Business offering. Use Talk to founder in the menu to set up your team, shared connectors, and access rules.
