What we do

At Ottic, we’re building an AI-native operating system for content marketing.

You know how companies keep postponing the creation of their own organic channel because it’s a long-term effort and their teams are already overloaded and how they eventually turn to random SEO tactics, shallow GPT articles, or intern-level posts that deliver no results and embarrass everyone?

Instead of relying on generic GPT blog posts tools, external agencies, or interns, we provide a proprietary content engine that learns from client’s data, builds a data-driven content strategy, and publishes high-quality content automatically bringing organic traffic from Google and AI search.

We call it hyper-quality content on autopilot.
We exist to give companies the super-powers of a top-tier content team: without hiring one.

It’s not an crazy idea, after one year of multiple pivots and focused iteration, we’re growing fast and and now serve clients ranging from YC-backed startups to large enterprises.

We’re looking to hire a...

To be honest, we don’t have a name for this role. The scope of responsibilities are vague at this moment and evolve quickly.

If you need a well-defined job description from day 1, this is not for you.

You will sit at the intersection of editorial thinking, product development, and AI content generation and help us redefine how epic content is built and published with AI.

  1. You won't “manage” anyone anytime soon: We're aiming to be a billion-dollar company with up to 10 people, no more. We expect you to keep things lean rather than add headcount. You don’t need to code. But we expect you to have an AI-first, system-thinking mindset.
  2. Advanced SEO expertise required. The organic content strategy we build and execute is 10x better than existing solutions. We expect you to be able to build a data-driven organic traffic strategy from scratch. This is being automated, but we still need a sharp human eye before running full-throttle on AI-generated content strategy. We’re not there yet.
  3. AI fluency. Coding isn’t required, but you need to understand the basics of how large language models work, feel comfortable crafting prompts, understand how a RAG pipeline works, and stay current on AI topics and state-of-the art that affect written content production.
  4. Exceptional writing. You’ll act on the entire content cycle for demanding clients from YC-backed startups to enterprises in completely different verticals. A sharp editorial sense is essential. Our clients won’t settle for flat, GPT-style prose.
  5. Exceptional communication. You’ll join client calls, sometimes with C-level executives. I’ll be on some of those calls, but some you’ll lead solo. In every case, we expect you to represent us and embody our values.
  6. System thinking. You will probably start doing things that we’ll soon automate. This is not a bad sign and this doesn’t mean we are replacing you.
  7. We won’t be there to “manage” you. Don’t expect you’ll be told what to do. We’re also figuring things out. There are no playbooks, rituals are loose, and things change fast.
  8. We’re growing fast, but things can change just as fast. You’ll need a high tolerance for risk. We’ve deliberately chosen not to raise capital right now. Don’t expect high salaries or stability.
  9. No politics, no b*shit. Just hard work and real problems to solve.
